I brought my car in because I'm always nervous when the service light comes on. Chris was patient with me and scheduled a time for me to come in and bring my car to be looked at. I love the fact that they provide you with a video and an explanation of what is going on with your car and what services they suggest. As a person waiting the employees are friendly, there are snacks and the environment is welcoming.
