Nickel and dimed with undisclosed fees for state environmental and 3% credit cards fees. Valet service left a driver at my house for 15 minutes waiting for an Uber. Would not use again.

Gregory, We are sorry that you feel we failed to meet your expectations on your last service visit. Unfortunately, state fees are exactly that; fees that the state collects for disposal of certain chemicals, etc from a repair shop. They are non-negotiable per the state. Secondly, our 3% credit card fees go to offset the merchant charge passed onto us by the credit card companies. There is no profit at all to the business, per state law, but it allows us to keep our pricing competitive by not having to absorb thousands in credit card fees. We are hopeful your advisor informed you that there is no surcharge for using a debit card, check, or cash and we accept all those forms of payment. Finally, our complementary valet service sometimes depends on a return trip from either Uber or Lyft. Unfortunately, they do not always arrive on time and our employees are forced to wait. If there is an opportunity to service your vehicle again, we will try and exceed your expectations. Thank you.
