Infiniti of denver lost the tow hook cover to my front bumper. Called several times and service department would not return my calls for a week. Finally service department called me back to check up on how my service went not about my original call when I told Chris about it he said he would call me back and it's been 2-3 weeks now about a replacement cover with no call. They lost it and will not pay for a new one. It's a $100 piece of square plastic that was lost while the car was in their possession and I got the car back with the front tow hook still installed it was never removed. THEY LOST A PART TO MY CAR and expect me to pay for its replacement. Are you serious? If my car left my possession with 4 tires and a spare and came back to me with no spare cause THEY lost it I'd expect them to replace it but no they expect me to pay for a new one. HORRIBLE experience.
