Clark is always amazing. He is so through and when I asked for something special it was not an issue. My floor mats were very dirty and I asked it they could clean them when they washed my vehicle. They did a great job and no extra charge. Normally they do not clean interiors when they wash the car as a courtesy. I have driven Infiniti's for many years and I can't imagine driving anything else.
