Dealership Sales Review

1 out of 5 starssales Rating
Ethics are a concern.
Written by John Doe on 03/18/2022

SHUN JOHNSON Was a terrible sale person. The lack of ethics is concerning and continues the tradition of car sales being suspect. He said he was fine with his practices because the law did not demand it, he could just say it in his verbiage over showing documentation. He did everything from hanging up post sale since the sale was over. To not showing proper paperwork that he said was available post sale but he didn’t want to show it pre-sale. We had someone return the car to us after they did work and he worked at Infiniti and he admitted they did a poor job. Warning on Johnson and his deceptive practices that are in my opinion unethical and dangerous. I do like Mike ward Infiniti if you are in the market for one.

Dealer Response
Joe Doe We are sorry to hear you were displeased with your interaction with our dealership. Mr. Johnson was not at fault in this transaction. You requested that we give you a clear nose mask for the car you purchased, after final negotiations were over. He respectfully declined the request but offered you the product at our cost. Our finance manager explained the clear mask is 5 pieces, covering the hood, fenders, and mirrors. You agreed to the price and the package and the paperwork was completed. Following delivery of the vehicle back to you, your brother called Mr. Johnson requesting the front bumper be covered with the clear mask as well. When he went over the paperwork and the disclosure of the “5 piece kit” your brother became agitated and started insulting him, calling him shady and saying he was hiding information. Mr. Johnson requested the conversation be kept professional and requested to speak with you, the actual customer, not your brother to try and work through e situation. However, after your brother lobbied another series of insults, Mr. Johnson hung up the phone. There was nothing “deceptive, unethical, or dangerous” as you stated. At the most, it was a misunderstanding that was completely able to be resolved if your brother had not injected himself in the situation. Now that your brother and other family members have left their own reviews, we respectfully decline to do anything to mend the situation.
