For the last month, I've been shopping for a used FX35, and I made contact through the website with Christina Chapman the online customer service agent. She was excellent in providing me with a number of options that potentially could fit my needs, and she proactively was searching for vehicles even though we were not in regular contact. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail in the mindfulness and following up. Unfortunately, that is not a common occurrence in the world of used car sales, so her attentiveness stood out throughout the whole process of shopping for a car. Though I was not able to find a vehicle through the dealer and made a purchase elsewhere, I absolutely will always keep Infiniti of Denver in mind for future purchases and servicing.
