Sub-par service at best

Hello All, I debated on whether or not to write this but after our very bad experience here (December 2016) , I felt it was only right to put this online. My wife and I recently purchased an Infiniti QX56 from Infiniti of Denver, where the service was sub-par at best. Nothing about this experience felt like a luxury dealership. 1st Issue: My lease takeover..or what I thought was a least take over was explained very poorly/vaguely by my salesman, Craig, I had to make multiple trips in to the dealership to get this straitened out and explained in minor detail. 2nd Issue: When my wife came in later that day to sign the final docs, not one person from finance made time to sit down and explain anything she was signing, she was at the mercy of this salesman, who wasn't good at his job to say the least and just pointed to where she needed to sign. After she called me and asked if it was OK to sign, I told her it was fine. She also wasn't give a copy of any of these documents when she left. I received them 3 days later through email. 3rd Issue: I specifically asked our salesman that when my wife came to finish the paperwork, if he could please show her our car or another QX56 as I knew ours might be in the service bay already. Did he do that, NO, when she asked to see it he simply pointed to our model and didn't take the time to ever show her the inside of one and surely didn't take her on a test drive as I requested. Poor salesmanship in my opinion!!!! Very poor! 4th Issue: As our purchase was getting services for a pick up scheduled for Tuesday we were give a loaner car. When I got in the car is smelled like marajuana and it wasn't even cleaned out. There were a couple of wrappers and napkins left in it from the previous driver, as well as it was dirty. THATS NOT ALL! As I was playing with the touchscreen when I got home to test out the features my young daughter, who is 2 years old, opened the center consul and pulled out 4 OXYCONTIN pills (which I found out after I googled the pill's markings). This could have ended in a complete tragedy if my daughter swallowed them! This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! In closing, after receiving Infiniti's standard email on "how was your recent experience" at Infiniti of Denver survey, I took the time to write something very similar to this. A day later a Service Manager contacted me and was apologetic letting me know they they "want to make this right" and that the rest of this experience was good for me. HAHA..what a joke. When I showed up 2 days later to pick up my car, not one manager or salesperson addressed this situation on the Oxycontin or anything else until I expressed until I brought it up and you know what Craig's response was, "I'm sorry", what a freaking joke. Not one manager int he entire place approached me when I was in the dealership. And the cherry on top was when I got into my car to drive off and it didn't even have a full tank of gas!!!! LOL!! Craig actually got in the car with me and went with me to fill it up, that is the ONLY positive thing I can take from this dealership. I can honestly say that I read so many great reviews before going into this dealership that I expected top notch treatment as this was my family's first purchase of a "luxury" car, but I was very disappointed from start to finish.
