Audi West Covina

I went into this dealer as my second stop for a new Audi. The salesperson gave me a really high quote for the car I wanted. I nicely informed her that I got a much cheaper offer at another dealer. If she could beat it, that's great. If not, I would understand. She told me that they would not be able to come close to the quote that I got. I told her that's fine, and I would take a pass. She insisted on giving her a chance to ask her manager for the lowest price that they can do. The Sales Manager (Davit) came out to negotiate with me. He asked me what would make it work. I told him I already have a quote from another dealer, and if he can't match or beat it, I'll just go to the other dealer and that for the price he's asking, I have many other options. I told him a few times that I thank him for trying but I will take a pass. He finally tried to convince me to go with the lowest quote they can offer which is still significantly higher than a quote I got else where. I insisted that I will not get the car if I cannot get at least a matching quote. The sales manager got upset, stood up, threw the pen on the desk, and walked away. I was so speechless that someone would do it to a customer just because they can't be competitive.
