This was my first time purchasing a car. The team at Valley Hi Kia truly made this experience a wonderful one. I had submitted an interest form online and I was promptly contacted by Marisol Martinez. She was attentive to my questions, concerns, and interests. She set up an appointment for me to come in and reassured me that she will share the notes of our conversation with the sales associate. Two days later, I made it to my appointment, I met with the team who took great care of me, and drove off with the car that I had been obsessing over for 2 months.
