Bad service

onTook my vehicle in at 7am, my car sat all day. I had to call later to see what was going on. I was told it hadn’t even been touched because a mechanic didn’t come in. Car had to stay overnight. The following day it sat all day aswell, never received a call to tell me it was ready. I had to call again to see what the status was with my vehicle. I should’ve received some some sort of discount for the bad service and inconvenience !
