Brought my 22 explorer in

onI brought my explorer in as it was having transmission issues and is under warranty. They stated that nothing is wrong and had me pick it up. When I asked for the service report the service manager stated that she did not have it ready. I waited for 35 minutes and it still wasn't ready. I told her to just email it to me. It's been a week and I still have not received my report.
