Your employe” Morgan “ in the service Department was an excellent example of what you are supposed to do in any situation in this line of work. Great attitude and very knowledgeable on the types of services you provide , and a friendly and supportive attitude. She was very respectful of my needs and keep me well informed of the issues regarding my vehicle. What ever you are paying her , well in my humble opinion it’s not enough. Give her a substantial raise in pay and a quarterly bonus, that’s if you value your employees.
