Bad customer service

onGot my ford serviced and received bad customer service. Submitted my feedback on the survey, got a call back from the rep saying they would reimburse my Uber and oil change for a better review. I updated my review and she didn't deliver on what she had promised. I've had to continually follow-up on my reimbursements for over a month now since the service. There was only urgency until I fixed my review. As soon as that happened I was forgotten.
