Dealership Sales Review
We were 2 seniors walk in clients. We were met by a salesman who was courteous and showed us used cars. However, when we were back in office He said another staff will help us as he has a client that walk in. Dont know if they had appointment or they look more.profitable than us. The 2nd sales person was more approachable. He was kind of not rushing us and willing to explain. Then the.finance mgr run the.numbers.and. offered us add.ons like service Insurance in case our car breaks down which I was hesitant to get gap insurance because of our limited income.but still end up buying it just so we can go home as it took us 4 hrs to finish, we were hungry. I came back next day so they can show me how to use all the technologies in the car as we are oldies. First salesman showed me some but he was rushing too. Seniors like us are slow and take time to remember.details and instructions. Anyway I love my car, I feel its is a little.overpriced beyond my budget with the added gap insurance etc. But I hope I geta better deal with service.next time
