The experience started out subpar. However as soon as Andrew, a sales rep, referred me to the manager Paul it was smooth sailing. Paul is an exceptional manager and deal closer. Suffice to say he provided the best deal possible for this EV which is in high demand. The vehicle is priced $5,000 above market price at dealers less than 15 miles away. At the Valencia Hyundai location, Paul gave us a great deal at lightening speed time. Literally, Paul sent me the photos of the Limited trim with the interior still taped up. The car was fresh off the towing bed. We closed the deal probably within 48 hours after meeting each other. I highly recommend you go to Andrew for the sales experience. He did a great job walking us through the exceptional features of this Hyundai trim. I actually enjoyed the test drive and he's just a guy that makes you feel very comfortable and like you've known him for a long time. If you have any issues with any salesman at your initial contact with this dealership, I highly suggest that you don't give up and reach out to either Andrew or Paul. It's already stressful going to dealerships but in this case it paid off for us. We spent less than an hour inside the dealership. The finance rep was awesome and made the transaction exciting and smooth at the end. No hidden costs or fees. No trying to sell you on extras. These guys are legitimate. So far the best experience I've had purchasing a car especially a brand new car of the year.
