AutoNation Ford Valencia
Dealership Sales Review
Bought a used 2019 raptor with around 46,000 miles. The buying process was easy but the service left me disappointed. It was advertised as Certified Used but less than 400 miles it was leaking coolant and made a rattling noise. Took it to the dealer and they had to fix the water pump, cam phasers and they told me that it needed an alignment. The warranty covered the pump and cam phasers but I had to pay for the alignment. Then right after I got it back from the service , the my Key activated and wouldn’t let me drive it over 80 or turn up the music and got rid of all the driving modes. I had to purchase another Key since the dealer only gave me one and the good thing was that the Ford in Tustin covered the labor but I still had to pay another $400 for the key and $150 for the alignment. It was frustrating as It was labeled certified and had these problems immediately and having to dish out more money when I had just purchased a $70,000 truck. But the part that frustrated me the most was when I called the dealer that sold it (Valencia AutoNation Ford) to talk to someone about what happened , they never got back to me and just blew me off. I called Thursday morning right when they opened at 9am and talked to whoever answered and said he was going to talk to the manager and see what they could do, and am writing this review on Sunday and never heard back. I’m disappointed because I bought a BMW from AutoNation and had a great experience but not this time.
