first off I wish edmonds had negative reviews...I went to this dealer only because it was close to where I live. the didn't have the grand cherokee I wanted. told him what i was looking for.....I have to admit some of this is my fault for not really researching all the different options that were available, since I was looking for something specific. Anyway. the sales guy found a color and 4x4 but the chrome package is useless to me and i said that. Instead of asking or telling me what the other options were (i didnt know there was an off road package) 4wd was most important to me....Ive owned several 4wds in the past. I assumed when i told him i wanted a 4wd it would be with a 2 speed transfer case...(they didn't have any 4wd on the lot, the one i got came from another dealer, again my fault for buying something I didn't see. what I got was a all wheel drive, the sales guy did not explain all the different 4wd drive options. Now I have to buy all the skid plates separate and install them myself. its a good vehicle, just wont be able to go as far in the back country as i wanted to.....This dealer may have got this money but they will never receive another penny from me ever again...The salesman really doesn't know anything about what he is selling. I should have checked online reviews first...
