Hazel Lopez was fantastic!!!

I purchased a vehicle and experienced issues from the onset. I returned the vehicle and was met by Hazel. I am a non nonsense, hard to impress, just get er’ done kinda guy. I was extremely frustrated at every step of the service process based on my expectations and commitment to excellent service. Not only did Hazel tolerate my insistence on communication, she was instrumental in alleviating my numerous concerns. I was not a happy camper!!! But, the overall experience was fantastic based on my expectations and Hazel’s ability to provide answers to my questions even on her days off. Great job Hazel!!! This service advisor deserves a promotion!!! C. Harris
