onGabrielle really took care of of my situation and did everything to help me!! So I want to thank him for trying to reach out to Auto Nation BMW where I bought the car. They never got back to him or myself!! Thank you for trying very hard to get answers for me since I just bought the car on 7/16/23. I should’ve had to pay a dime but I did!
