Dealership Service Review
I brought my Mustang GT in for a problem with the air conditioner. It would blow warm air from the drivers side vents and cool air from the passenger side vents. I left it at the shop and waited for them to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a problem with the evaporator which was a part that needed to be ordered. My car was returned to me until the new part arrived at the dealership, which was about 4 days. I was called when the part arrived and was told it would probably take until the following day to finish the job, since the dashboard had to be removed to access the area needing repair. I was offered a rental car until the job was finished, but since it would be just the next day I declined and was given a Lyft ride home. I was called the next day when the repair was completed and picked up my car. The repair was successful and the air conditioner worked perfectly. I was very pleased with the service. Mark did a great job coordinating the repair.
