Dealership Service Review
Went in for oil change and service. Terrible video of car showing me areas leaking was texted to me. It was 65% unintelligible and didn't show the problem areas! I had to call Service agent Armando to get more information. He advised me of problem and to replace parts for $2800. There was no breakdown of parts and labor. I asked a few key questions. It was very clear he didn't have answers. I spoke with manager who was defensive of Auto Nation Policies that allow such a terrible video be sent to a customer. I asked a few novice question regarding the problem which prompted manager to review the leak with his technician. The manager told me, "the leak is very very very slight and can be watched over time". Common sense saves the day again, and I saved myself a bundle of money. Very disappointing that I know more than my service advisor and his manager. Service used to be a 10. This day it was a 1.
