Called and scheduled the windshield recall, dropped it off on Wednesday was completed Monday afternoon, tinting was scheduled and I was able to pick up Tuesday. I wasn't informed it was being sent to a 3rd party in Huntington Beach for repair. Tustin Ford employees are challenging to communicate with. It's always standing in the drive through area while they are juggling a lot of customer requests. I wanted the entire windshield replaced before the ceramic tinting, and recall repair due to a chip. They tinted a chipped window and over the 6 days my car was there not one person claimed to see the chip. Waste of time and money Ubering for what was originally supposed to be a 1/2 day apt according to the paperwork sent by Ford. I would say over the year of owning the bronco I follow up 4x to each call they return. Not sure what detail shop and tinting shop they use but attention to detail is lost. Still waiting on the manger to call or respond to my emails, am trying to schedule and pay for a windshield and retint.
