Inaccurate Diagnostic and Upselling

Quick and friendly service to have recalls fixed. ***BIG BUT*** They told me I needed a water pump for $1400, declined and it took the vehicle to my regular mechanic. There was NOTHING wrong with my water pump. There was, however, a leak in my thermostat which was a far less expensive repair. Unnecessary upselling and inaccurate diagnostic makes them untrustworthy.
