I took my Bronco Sport in for a routine oil change. Savannah at Tustin Auto Nation was extremely helpful and communicative. I have had trouble in the past getting a hold of anyone in the service department to find out when my car would be ready. Savannah was clear at drop off that they were busy and it could be a while. She called me personally when my car was ready to go!
