I brought my Ford focus in to AutoNation Ford for a complete inspection since the extended warranty was soon to expire. Bob, the service writer, took care of my car as soon as I drove up to the service entrance. The car was fully inspected and returned to me in the three hour time limit he promised. I have always had excellent service at this dealership. Bob is great to work with.
