onNot good. Dropped my car off on a Saturday to get AC fixed. Never received a phone call back so I called service department and it literally took me 3 hours to get through. Nobody in the service department answered a phone it just kept ringing and ringing. I finally convinced somebody in the parts department to run over to the service department to call me. It took over a week and a half to complete the work on my car, but Ford to provide me with a rent a car for the weekend.
