What makes my service visits to Auto Nation Ford an A+ experience boils down to the professionalism and care I receive every time from Bob Sheiff. Over the years he has been a wonderful contact person and always works hard to resolve whatever issue my vehicle may have. Bob is caring and goes the extra mile in making sure my experience is satisfactory. If the repair is longer than expected or a complex issue, Bob has been quick to offer a rental vehicle. He takes time to answer my questions and always presents options if available. If Bob isn't working, I usually wait until he's on site before I schedule a visit. Great guy that makes visiting Auto Nation Ford a pleasure.
