Dealership Service Review
Called and made an appointment to drop my truck off on Wednesday, because the transmission seems to be having issues down shifting when in Sport mode. Told the service writer Oscar that I needed to pick up my truck Friday at noon because I was going out of town for the holiday weekend. Called Thursday afternoon to get an update on the status of my truck and was told Oscar was busy and would call me back. Never got a call back so I called again around 4:30pm, and was told once again, that know one new what was going on, and so Oscar would call me back. Friday at 11:30am I called again and Oscar actually answered the call. I told him who I was and that I called twice yesterday to get an update and was told you would call me back but you didn't. Oscar said, well, I didn't call you back because I didn't have an update. I said, well what about now? I'm supposed to pick up my car in 30 minutes. Oscar said, I'm not sure, let me find out and I'll call you back in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, no call back, so I called again. Anyway, long story somewhat short, I was finally told they reset the computer for the transmission because it's a leaning transmission, and what I was experiencing was normal.
