Dealership Service Review
We recently purchased a new F150. As we were taking delivery I noticed that one of the "running lights" was not working. Not a problem for us and Robert, our salesman, was very helpful in arranging a service appointment to address the light. When we pulled into the Service entrance, we waited more than 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. We finally notified Robert in sales that we were waiting and he immediately came out and Steve came over and got the service taken care of. Two men who I assume were there to take care of "service" customers looked at us several times but did not bother to even greet us. If it weren't for Robert and Steve we probably would still be standing there.
