We came in looking for a 2016 Explorer Sport black on Black. John was amazing. He did not try to sell us anything he totally listened to what we wanted and found it for us as they did not have it on the lot. He was not al all pushy. He treated us with amazing professionalism. Most sellers will treat us as young people with no money to spend and turn their heads away. He did not do this and he won us over. We promised him the sale from the moment we met him and two weeks later we were able to get exactly what we wanted. We would recommend John to anyone looking for a great non sales/sales guy.
