AutoNation Ford Tustin

I purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 and it's a good truck. I was given one key at the end of the sale. I did not realize getting a 2nd key was going to cost me $200 at the time of the sale due to it having a chip in it that needs programming. I tried to get a 2nd key, but was given many "I'll get back to you" types of statements from the sales staff. I offered to buy it "at cost" so they would not lose money, but still did not hear back. I'm disappointed with the followup after the sale.
