I ordered my truck through Sales Consultant Brandon Rivero. It was pretty straight forward with no “Car salesman” games. There was a slight glitch as the bed extender I had ordered was not installed at the factory. It was ordered and installed about a week afterwards. Brandon brought a loaner car to my home and then collected my truck. He took it back to the dealer to have the bed extender installed. It took the better part of the day to get it installed, so having a loaner car was good. Once it was installed, Brandon brought the truck back to me. The problem had been resolved and the truck had been washed. I was impressed that it was handled this way. The mistake took place at the factory, but the dealership took care of the situation with no hassles. This dealership understands what good customer service is, which is a rare thing in 2023.
