AutoNation Ford Tustin
Dealership Sales Review
I bought a used F150 in June of 2019. It was just out of warranty at 36k miles. A few months later the fuel pump gave out and left me and my family stranded 100 miles away from home on a Sunday when no Ford dealers are open. Had to get it repaired so I could get us back home and working. Immediately after this, the ABS, check engine, traction control, hill assist, etc. lights come on. Have to get that fixed also on a Sunday. Apparently, fuel pump on the Ford trucks are a terrible issue. One of my family members is on his 4th fuel pump. There is a lot on the web about a ton of people having issues with the trucks stopping on the highway and losing acceleration. I am surprised it's not been recalled yet. I called my salesman and they did not want to help whatsoever. I was going to recommend all my family and friends to this dealership and I have been but now I am going to let them know to steer clear. They don't stand behind their vehicles. The only thing they did is offer an extended warranty that wouldn't cover any of the problems I already had to pay for out of pocket. I would definitely not recommend.
