Service advisors are always so nice. However, the girl who makes appointments is not so nice. She sounds like she just doesn't like their job. She's not nice and her passion for helping over the phone was horrible. Sorry, I did not catch her name. My service advisor was awesome! There was one girl at the service center that was really nice and very willing to help when I was physically there. I didn't catch her name. Also, I was bothered by the wait time for the shuttle ride home. I wanted for an hour before I got a ride home. Unfortunately they stated there was some kind of confusion.
