I purchased my 2012 CTS on May 30 and should have had a "Due Bill" completed for a couple of scratches in the paint, but for some reason it was not done. After several failed attempts to try to have this scheduled thru my salesperson, I was finally put in contact with Danielle. That made all of the difference. She immidiately took control of the situation, scheduled my drop off time, and had a rental waiting for me. She kept me updated on the progress of the repair which required repainting of the hood of my car and replacement of some trim pieces. Nick and his team in the body shop did an outstanding job. I am truly impressed with the overall results and my expeirence with the Service Department at Paradise. I will be a repeat customer for Paradise as long as there are quality people like Danielle and Nick at your dealership to address the customers needs. Thank you!
