DCH Honda Took 2025 Honda Pilot in for routine maintenance for oil change and tire rotation. Honda provides complimentary service for 12 months or indicated in the website or 12000 miles. I made the appointment online with date available on a Monday. After looking at my purchase date the service supervisor said the complimentary oil change, filter, and tire rotation EXPIRED the day before ( which was a Sunday) my appointment date. _ONE DAY LATE (The web site says the coverage is good for 2 Years or 24000 miles). I was told that applied to 2024 models not 2025 models even though it is not clarified in the statement). (False advertising). The service manager indicated to me that was the policy. Guess customer service does not exist anymore. I bought the pilot at that dealership, no sense going back there, it was a 20 mile drive . Jerry T
