Dealership Sales Review
If you want a poor post-sales experience and to be verbally insulted by the Service Department then this is a dealership for you. Once the sale was completed the quality of service collapsed. Numerous emails, text messages, and phone calls went ignored. Computer screen stopped working after six days and when we finally got a response we were told "that this happens all the time." When I called the service department I was verbally accosted for no reason. Rude, abrasive, ignorant and totally unprofessional. I wrote a letter of complaint to the service manager, general manager, and the dealership manager but did not receive a response. Take my advice--take your business to a reputable and professional dealership.
