I went through several dealerships that weren't listening to what I wanted. I was pretty fed up when I reached out to dch of Temecula, I thought let's try once more.I filled out pre approval online ,within minutes Michael Thomas called me back and for the first time I actually got a salesman to listen to me and right away he got to work.Overall I was very impressed with Michael's professionalism, knowledge, Common courtesy. He did exactly what I wanted and was able to get me exactly what I wanted. The more I talked to him the more comfortable he made me feel about my purchase. I couldn't have asked for better salesman.
