I visited every dealership on Ynez road looking for a used truck, and this dealership was the most transparent and easy to work with. For example, every other dealership on Ynez selling trucks had a propensity to add “optional features” or “market adjustments” that added $3k-$20k on top of list price. Matthew Chong at Lexus was really professional and transparent throughout the process, and I did not encounter any hidden fees. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
