Horrible Service/Dented Vehicle/Employee under influence

What a shame you can't use 0 stars! Paradise Chevrolet is the worst from the upper management down. I took my Chevy Silverado in for repair and showed up to pick up my truck with a dent in the passenger side door which was caused during their possession. Jon the service manager took full responsibility and was fully communicated with me but informed me they could only repair 90 percent of the dent, which was not satisfactory. Nor should a customer ever have to deal with just 90 percent. Then to deal with Cory who says well "We can give you a service credit and you can deal with the dent." Ummm no, I would like my truck fixed to the original version it was brought into Paradise Chevrolet. But of course, they expect payment for the repair and me to leave with a damaged truck caused by fault of Paradise Chevrolet. Then to have Doug attempt to satisfy the issue, well to have a service manager not only working but dealing with clients while under the influence is completely wrong. (FYI- 14 years of law enforcement gives me the credentials to back these statements up). And to lie and cover up the paperwork by attempting to reprint, as seen with new time stamps. I asked for the manager's name, I was told "I don't have to give to you." I asked for my paperwork, "I was told only by subpoena." So obviously they have something to hide. I called today to speak with the manager, Todd Tracy, because Devin was nice and gave me his card. But no, the CFO, Stacey Richards, calls me back to state I am not allowed to be a Paradise customer because I stated the TRUTH that Doug Richey was under the influence. SO PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BRINGING IN YOUR VECHICLE FOR SERVICE UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE IT DENTED.
