Usually Good, But Not Happy With Recent Experience

onI feel like the quality of service has gone down ever since Hello bought the dealership from John Hine of Temecula. For this scheduled service I specifically asked to have the cabin filter replaced given a history of recommending it in the past, but never asking if I wanted it done. I had to see it on the checklist when picking up the car. Not only did they not replace it this time, but the checklist said it was fine. When I raised the issue with the service advisor who was there when I picked up the car, I got a long explanation that had nothing to do with why it was not replaced. The car was also supposed to be washed while there which did not occur either
