Dealership Service Review
I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to take a look at the eyesight because the car had been acting funny. They said they cannot and that I would have to book a separate appointment. I then asked for a shuttle to take me 4 miles down the road to work. They said they don’t have a shuttle. I asked for an Uber and they said no, all travel accommodations would have to be arranged by me. All other dealers in the area will call you a rideshare free of charge, including the dealer I bought the car from in Riverside. I asked if I could take an extended test drive of a car to my office and return in an hour and half when my car would be done. They said no. So I had to pay for an Uber to and from work to make a meeting. When I returned I asked to speak to a manager but there was none available.
