Glenn E Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep
Dealership Service Review
I had been taking my truck to Glenn E Thomas Dodge in Long Beach for years. The work always got done and things seemed to work out right but I always felt things were a bit expensive. Also I did not feel that the knowledge was what I would term 5-star. They made a fair amount of guesses over the years and fixed things that weren't the problem at quite a cost to me. I think their idea of 5-star service has more to do with making donuts and a taxi service home available than it does to actual service. Last time I took my truck in they had it for over a month because of some body work they farmed out. Everytime I called the service guy vibed me like I was bothering him because I was just trying to find out a status report. Then when I finally did go to pick it up it was filthy and the workmanship of the repairs were less than stellar. At least I did not feel it was 5-star care. On top of that they wrote the bill up wrong and shorted themselves quite a bit of cash. Plus everyone was acting totally weird about my truck as if it was my fault and I left it there for so long. I felt totally uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there. Next day the service guy starts calling me and leaving me messages on my voice mail about calling him back but he doesn't say why. I don't get back to him very fast because I was slammed at work. It turns out he wants his money that he didn't properly add up on the invoice and now he is vibeing me like it's my fault. That was it. I paid and I'll never go back or buy a Dodge again. [violative content deleted] those [violative content deleted]! If that's Dodge's idea of a 5-star dealer, I'll go elsewhere. Probably to a Toyota. [non-permissible content removed] The younger gals were all very pleasant and tried to help.
