Bad customer service

onI purchased my car from another Nissan dealer - they offered me the best price. When I needed help with some general questions related to the warranty issues, I called Nissan of America. They said I don't have to go to the original dealer, but to any Nissan Dealership in the US. I walked into Cardinale Nissan. The manager, P.J. Trice, refused to help: "Why you didn't purchase vehicle from us? Need help? Go to your dealer and ask them". I dealt with many dealers and sales managers in the past. None was as unfriendly as this manager. Please be aware.

In fact, a PJ Trice is currently the General Manager at Cardinale Nissan (Jan 2007 to present). He lists this on his own Myspace page also: http://www.myspace.com/pj31trice
Strange that carguy would try to deny this...hmmmm...
