He was courteous and we felt no pressure during our negotiations. We had done our research on Edmunds and other consumer support websites and bought the Prius at our desired price. Dealing with the finance department was swift and at our terms. The car was prepped and ready when we were and we received excellent instructions from the technical specialist, Josh, on how everything operated. I recommend Freeman Toyota.
