Not very happy

onI made an appointment for 10:30 on 9/3/22, a Saturday for my 2021 CRV. Service department called back and moved the appointment to 9:30. Checked in to my appointment at 9:20. I asked if they were offering any coupons or discounts, I was told no. Was told it would take an hour and a half. At 11:00 I walked back to check in, was told they had not even started on my car. Was told “it’s a Saturday and we only have two technicians. That’s why I called ahead and made an appointment to avoid waiting. My car was done at 12:00. A $40 “coupon” was applied. A very nice gesture, however my overall experience was not great. There is another Honda dealership 20 miles north of me. I will try them next time.
