To Busy to help a Ford Owner

onPurchased a new Mach-E from a different Dealer in San Diego. They will not give me the time of day or treat me with any kind of respect or professionalism. They told me I don't have an appointment and will need to wait 2 weeks to have my car looked at and used the EXCUSE that they are to busy. DO not buy a Ford if you want good service. This Dealership proves that they get to choose who to give good service to and who to turn away. Very upset they don't care about anything sold outside that dealership. Ford Dealers should service ALL Fords. Not just the ones you made money on.
