Tuttle-Click's Capistrano Ford

I just purchased a 2013 Ford Escape SEL from a private party. As I had 2 additional extended warranty packages which had paperwork that needed to be transferred into my name, I utilized this dealership to get the paperwork processed and also had the oil changed at the same time. My first visit went well! All departments were most accomodating and friendly and I was quite happy with this first visit! Quite impressed with their hours of operation - WOW - open 'til midnight during the week, who does that? Their hours certainly accomodate those that work during the day, and the facility in San Juan is just beautiful! I want to add a great big thank you to Sandy, who went out of her way in making sure the extended warranties were transferred accordingly - she rocks!!! Thank you one and all - you are my dealership of choice:)
