What a great team!

My rear tire was leaking air fast, luckily I found the Mercedes dealership and pulled into it quickly. The valet person was helpful and directed me to a service counselor Joshua, I was not expecting anyone in the dealership can help me due to no appointment and it’s late in the afternoon. I was very surprised Joshua took the time to help me and had the vehicle’s tire inspected and provided me all the options. I’m greatly appreciated Joshua’s professionalism and friendly services! Thank you!
