Mercedes-Benz of San Jose

Not good experience at all. I flew from out of state which was arranged for a week. Arrived at the dealership at 8am Friday May 10th expecting to have paperwork ready, so I didn't have to wait long. However, I waited until 1pm which I barely got out of there at that time. I left with a very dirty car, NOT washed, realized under the dirt 2 cracks in the windshield, under the paper Mercedes floor mat there was tear in the mat, which was hidden by paper, EXPIRED registration tags which got me pulled over by the police and harassed! I called immediately and was given the run around; dealership wouldn't answer my calls when see me calling on caller ID. HORRIBLE experience and I'm sure it's because I bought a used Cadillac from Mercedes under 30k, and I wasn't treated well because of this! Very disappointed! Would not recommend!
